We’re launching a new community-focused development in St. Augustine called The Outpost @ Old Moultrie Rd. It’s designed to support local entrepreneurs by offering affordable, flexible retail space built from upfitted shipping containers. Think small shops, coffee bars, food vendors, creative studios — all in a walkable, open-air setting with a beer garden, live music zone, and even a few workforce housing units mixed in.
The goal is to create a space that’s not only functional and affordable, but also full of character — a place where locals want to hang out, and small businesses can thrive.
